For a minute or two, Alixhlìnye looked with wonder upon the castle upon the floating paradox ship, as she stood, wondering about some of the next things she intended to do. The cruiser, verily verily, was designed from the minds of elegant aliens, for it happened to resemble filaments, and heaps of bones, and clockwork machines, woven together.

The castle was altogether of gemstones, and from it glistened twin floating streams of smoke from the painted lanthorn chimneys of the minarets, a brook of blue, and a creek of orange. Suddenly there came, running, a housecarl wearing livery, from the forest galaxy, as it dashed upon the gangplank and began to head to the gate of the castle.

She considered him to be an imperial retainer because he happened to wear livery, and, judging some of his face, she knew that he, beginning to knock upon the door with his left, spiny flipper, was a blowfish, like some of the eunuch slaves in her Father’s harem.

‘Twas opened by another housecarl, who wore livery and who had a round face, and who had large eyen of a penguin, and Alixhlìnye chanced to notice that both housecarls wore a quetzal feathercrest headdress that curled altogether o'er their heads or faces.

Accidentally feeling some itchiness from curiosity, she happened to want to know all the situation, as she crept a little a distance from the forest galaxy upon the gangplank of the billow stead ship in order to listen.

The Blowfish Housecarl began, in general, as he began to produce, from his right flipper, a scroll, a great epistle, nearly as large as he himself, and ‘twas such things he handed o'er to the other, saying in a solemn tone, “This is a writ of invitation for the beloved Twin Duchesses from the honored Suzerain Speaker of Blood in order that they dearly play diamond ball.”

The Penguin Housecarl repeated, saying in the same solemn tone, only changing a little some of the vocabulary and the sequence of spoken words, “This is a writ of invitation from blessed Suzerain of Blood for the loved Twin Duchesses in order that they dearly play diamond ball.”

Then they both bowed low, and the two headdresses, that they both wore, both became embrangled together.

Alixhlìnye kept laughing so much at this, in this appropriate moment, that she needed both to escape and hide for her own benefit behind the mast lest they humbly hear her, and, when she next peeped out, the Blowfish Thrall was gone, and the other was sitting upon the hexagonal mat near the door, as he stared upwards at the solar sails in a lackadasical way.
#
Fhoráwetha fhràxei qus xhyokokò-yutakh xhnàjhijhi’ Alixhlìnye-yan.
After going, timid, towards the triangular and circular door, Alixhlìnye knocked.

“’Tis useless ands silly for one to knock,” chanted the Penguin Housecarl, “because of two reasons. In terms of the first reason, I, for one, am on the same side of the door as you are, maiden, and, in terms of the second reason, they chance to be making such noises inside that ‘tis impossible for one humbly to hear you.”

And there was altogether a very egregious noise that was happening within, to wit, a constant war cry, and ululation, and sternutation, and tick tocking, and a sometimes and now and then a great cry, as if a dish or a tea kettle were smashed into pieces.
#
“Kho xhyeixhmoas xhyeixhmoas xhloênt,” paje-fhaplìnamat Alixhlìnye, “qyèxatt tárl ó-xhni poa?”
“So however,” chanted Alixhlìnye, “may I enter, perhaps?”
